Have you turned it off and on?

You are probably visiting this site as you have a technical problem outside of support hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm). The first thing you should try (as long as you can save your data) is turn the device off and on. This fixes the vast majority of IT problems! No Joke!

Can't access Google Workspace or another Cloud Service?

  1. Turn your device off and on.

  2. If your problem is with Google Workspace or another cloud service; check the Kimbley IT Service Status feed to see if the problem is listed.

  3. Check your internet connection is functioning correctly by running the Chrome Connectivity Diagnostic tool.

  4. If your internet connection is working, try accessing the service through another web browser, such as Edge, Firefox or Safari.

Can't get internet connectivity?

  1. Turn your router off, wait ten seconds and turn it back on.

  2. Use Chrome Connectivity Diagnostic tool to detect problems with your internet connection.

  3. If you are using Lease Line connection by our partner Luminet you can call their support line on 0207 400 6300.

  4. If you are using any other broadband you will need to contact your ISPs support channels.

Laptop won't turn on?

  1. Check the battery is not flat and the charger is charging when you plug it into the laptop.

  2. Remove the battery (if possible) and plug in the power adapter and try turning it on.

  3. If the above does not work use another computer. Your computer is dead Jim.
